First a brief history, the first Epic Rap-Off was done by Chico and Gino on October 31, 2011. This was during the initial stages of the Chichi and Gigi Saga on The Morning Rush when Gino was filling in for Delle while she was on leave. This was just something random that they came up with one morning on the show and it is now what many Rushers anticipate week after week.
As of this writing there are now 18 clips in the Epic Rap-Off series. Let’s just hope this continues on as it truly adds a lot of laughter in our mornings (or whatever time of day you get to listen to The Morning Rush around the world).
